Good morning everyone! I hope you all had wonderful Thanksgivings and indulged a little bit :) Throughout the holiday season it can certainly be difficult to manage a balance between diet and exercise, but I’m confident in all of you to come through it on the positive side. I know there are endless resources for advice out there, and I’m hoping to work on compiling some of it to post on tori teaches fitness.
Today I’m bringing you ballet legs.
The workout incorporates principles from ballet and core fusion. Movements are small and controlled, and allow you to work the deep small muscles in your legs to shape from the inside out.
I have to say, despite the fact that this isn’t even 10 minutes, I was still so sore the next day. Thighs, glutes, everywhere in my legs. This is officially one of my most effective and efficient leg workouts so far.
P.S- I haven’t forgotten about the Bosu workout; I just haven’t had a moment to fix it up. It should end up being one of my next workout posts.
