Good Morning and Happy Monday!
Mondays are always better when you have the day off, right? Even though I have a full day of studying ahead, I’m happy that I don’t have to commute. Much more relaxing.
This weekend was somewhat difficult for me; I’ve been feeling lethargic and unenthusiastic, and its been hard to pin point why. So amidst my emotional thoughts I decided I knew the perfect cure: kickboxing.
Kickboxing is great for an emotional release. If you’re angry, sad, frustrated, annoyed, or feeling any kind of negative emotion, really, kickboxing is the cure. It helps you release your aggression and frustration and put your heart and soul into pretending you are beating the crap out of someone (or something). So I did these three videos on Saturday just before hunkering down to make this delicious dinner.
The bonus? Kickboxing works your entire body. It’s an automatic cardio + toning in one. And I’m all about efficient workouts.
What do you do to get rid of negative emotions? Does it work?

I just did the third kickboxing video and it was fantastic, but it is missing the end of it. It stops after the single knees on the second round.

Hm, I’m not sure why it stopped for you. I just checked and am not having the same issue- my suggestions would be trying a different browser or opening the video directly in YouTube. I’m sorry it was giving you a problem!

I discovered your website through Pinterest. Love it! I don’t like going to the gym so your videos are perfect for me. Thanks!
